Carlton IN Business members with the MBA Unit in their entitlements are able to offer one employee to study one unit of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) through the La Trobe Business School.
An incredible offering to elevate professional development, the nominated employee will receive an official certificate of completion and 15 credit points towards an MBA upon successful completion.

Subject Learnings include: The entrepreneurial mindset, the entrepreneurial process, entrepreneurial tools and innovation management.
The subjects will be delivered online over a 12-week period, with two intensive Melbourne based face-to-face workshops. Please see below for the MBA Unit Schedule.
To participate in the MBA Unit, employees must meet the entry requirements listed below.
The subject offerings include 36 contact hours, this includes the face-to-face intensives and the core weekly modules, to be completed at the employees own pace and time. A significant commitment to study time and assessments will be made by the nominated employee. It is anticipated that employees will commit approximately 80-100 hours to the unit over the 12-week period, this will vary depending on the individual.
